1 Introduction and Definitions

bajibangla ("we", "our", "platform") is an online betting and casino service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("you", "member") and bajibangla.

3 Account Management

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The validity period for using a bonus will be stated with each specific offer.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted.
• If your own deposited funds are withdrawn after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

bajibangla's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Additional benefits and offers are added at each tier.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If signs of bonus system abuse are detected (such as attempting to meet wagering requirements with low-risk bets), bajibangla reserves the right to cancel the bonus and temporarily or permanently close the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not correctly registered due to a technical issue, that bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

6.2 Game Results

The results of live games and slots are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness and transparency. No manipulation of results is possible.

6.3 Sports Betting

For cricket, football, and other sports betting, official results will be considered final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be cancelled and the staked amount will be returned.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, please notify our support team via live chat within 7 days. Server logs and game records will be considered the final reference.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajibangla platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Artificially exploiting or abusing the bonus system.

• Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts.

11.2 Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any funds remaining in your account before closure.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be preserved. Contact the support team to reactivate it.
